• Delivery Rate: £15 for all orders.

RETURN POLICY

• Return Window: 30 days from purchase.
• Eligibility: Unused, in original packaging.
• Exceptions: Electrical parts, books, manuals, tools, certain competition items.
• Procedure: Obtain a return authorization (R.A.) number. Include R.A. number on return package along with original invoice. No returns accepted without R.A. number.
• Partial Refunds: Possible for items with signs of use, opened media/software, damaged items not due to our error, and returns after 30 days.
• Restocking Fee: 10% for non-exchange basis returns.
• Refunds: Processed to original payment method within a specified time.
• Late Refunds: Check bank account, contact credit card company, and then bank. If issues persist, email us at info@emblemshouse.com.
• Sale Items: Refund on a case-by-case basis. Blowout or discontinued items not eligible.
• Exchanges: Only for defective or damaged items. Email us at info@emblemshouse.com.
• Gifts: Gift credit for marked gifts. Otherwise, refund sent to the gift giver.
